2. Purpose and legal basis
We process data solely to fulfill legal obligations related to reporting stays of foreign guests.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).
3. Categories of processed data
- Arrival/departure date, first name, last name, date of birth
- Nationality, document number, visa number, residence address
- Additional notes provided by the guest
4. Data recipients
- Foreign Police of the Czech Republic
- Authorized internal hotel staff
5. Retention period
The house register is retained for 6 years after its last entry in accordance with Section 101(4) of Act No. 326/1999.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
7. Technical and organizational measures
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and access to the internal register requires authentication.
